These Terms of Service govern your use of the WPS Canvas website and services. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Our services
WPS Canvas provides paid advertising, websites, sales and automation systems, voice-agent services, branding, and related business-growth services. The exact scope, deliverables, fees, timing, and performance commitments are set out in the written proposal, order form, or agreement applicable to your engagement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving accurate information, keeping authority over any accounts you ask us to work with, and complying with applicable law and platform policies. You remain responsible for the products, services, claims, offers, targeting decisions, and content promoted through your accounts.
Advertising platforms
Some services involve advertising platforms such as Google Ads. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. Those providers are not a party to these terms and do not endorse WPS Canvas. We may pause or limit work where account access, platform policy, or required information prevents us from safely providing the service.
Fees, ad spend, and guarantees
Fees, invoices, payment timing, and any result-based commitment are stated in your applicable written agreement. Advertising spend, platform fees, and third-party charges are separate from WPS Canvas service fees unless that agreement expressly says otherwise. Any “you don't pay” or similar guarantee applies only where its conditions, measurement period, and exclusions are agreed in writing.
Ownership and permissions
Each party keeps ownership of materials it owned before the engagement. Ownership and usage rights for work created for you are governed by your written agreement and become effective only as stated there. WPS Canvas keeps its general methods, systems, templates, tools, and know-how.
Availability and third parties
Third-party platforms, ad auctions, integrations, and communications providers are outside our control and may change, restrict access, or experience outages. We cannot guarantee platform availability, rankings, lead volume, sales, or advertising performance except for a specific commitment set out in a written agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
Except where a written agreement says otherwise, services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPS Canvas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, outages, policy changes, or matters outside our reasonable control.
Updates and questions
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
